Our rates are $350.00 per night with a 2-night minimum stay September through May and a 3-night minimum stay June, July, and August.  We require a 1-night deposit ($350.00) which is applied to the total rental at check-in.  There is a 9.5% state and local lodging tax applied as well.

We accept PayPal, credit card over the phone, or checks through the mail.  Your deposit is          applied to the total bill upon arrival.  State and local lodging taxes of 9.5% will be applied to your total.
